The women in Iran have different kind of prejudices than us in the West-
ern World, but this is why we are here, we must identify them, work with
them and turn them into prosperity for the entire society. Because when
the Woman thrives, the whole Family thrives and subsequently the wider
society develops. It is clear that if we want to raise our next generations as
leaders, as high status citizens, famous scientists, accomplished academics,
the Mother must be inspiring, skilled, intuitive, modern, faithful, strong.
Our children learn by example, not by theory, we have to understand deeply
that the successful woman is an asset for our society, and everyone must
work towards this direction.

What we define success is also an important point. We shouldn’t be con-
fused and think that women should adopt men’s characteristics and ways in
order to be considered “successful”. This model is condemned to fail, the es-
sence here is that men and women are Equal but Different. We develop togeth-
er, we are progressing and succeeding, each of us with our different nature.
The feminist movements of the last fifty years, focused on the antagonistic as-
pect, maybe which was their only defense to the oppressive environment they
lived. The result is that the feminist movement is deeply divided and unable
to produce some fresh and accurate results. And we shouldn’t forget that the
Muslim women are always demonized in this movement.

It is very important to talk about the woman’s position right now, in a
period of dramatic recession, while unemployment rates are disappointing the
youth. Because together we will find the way out, by developing the society
to a prosperous future, by evaluating the mistakes of the past and drawing a
strategy for the future. Women are an unbreakable unit of this procedure. The
