the strongest ally in this, by proceeding with courageous changes in the educa-
tional system, the social welfare system and the labor policy.

There are so many tools that can contribute to this strategy, so the woman
to get the education that deserves, to be able to work on her field of expertise,
or to create her own business, whether small or large, and at the same time
to be able to grow a wonderful family with the support of the state where the
kindergartens and all-day schools will be accessible to all. The insurance and
welfare system will encourage women to contribute to the household economy
with beneficial results for the prosperity.

Think about women’s chambers for business, about more training programs
for uneducated women where they can develop new skills as handcrafts e.g. the
universities can provide special skills by masters’ studies, where the skills will
be tailored to the actual needs of the society in the specific period, by creating
women with true expertise. There are so many tools that we can use that we will
be able to discuss during this conference. I am very excited about that.

We will need all components of the society; each one is playing an im-
portant role to this vision. The religious authority, the political authority, the
academia, the decision making factors must be here to hear out our voice and
understand that by developing the woman’s role you are developing the future
generations.
